I have a bachelor's in information systems & operations management. I have over 10 years of experience managing CRM systems and technology stacks in a business analyst role.
My past positions have spanned radically different sizes and types of businesses. From a small SaaS startup to an international manufacturer of masonry; I have had exposure to many different structures and styles used to run businesses.
I have provided support to teams on various managerial levels and succeeded in increasing operational efficiency and adherence to best practices across all of my roles.
