1. Scope of Services
Barrington & Co. agrees to provide digital marketing services as outlined in the project proposal or statement of work provided to the Client. Any additional services requested outside of the initial scope will require a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.
Services may include but are not limited to:
Digital marketing strategy
Social media management
Content creation
Email marketing campaigns
SEO optimization
Paid advertising management
Analytics and reporting
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project completion, the Client agrees to:
Provide timely feedback and approvals within agreed-upon timeframes
Supply all necessary brand assets, logos, passwords, and access credentials
Respond to emails and requests for information within 24 hours
