My foray into the tech industry began with a commitment to customer service and support. At Africoff LTD, Complex Solutions Ventures, and the Millennium group of companies, I served as a beacon of assistance, ensuring that clients received unparalleled support and guidance in navigating the digital realm. These early experiences instilled in me a deep understanding of the importance of personalized service and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each client.
As I transitioned from support roles to leadership positions, I founded CloudStream Technologies with a vision to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions to clients across diverse industries. Leading a talented team of professionals, we embarked on a journey of innovation, offering services ranging from ISP and CCTV to Software Development and BLE IoT. Our success lay not only in our technical expertise but also in our unwavering commitment to understanding and addressing the evolving needs of our clients.
My journey also led me to roles at Safetrac Limited Kenya and CCI Kenya, where I assumed leadership positions as a Technical Team Lead and Senior Information Technology Specialist, respectively. In these roles, I was entrusted with overseeing operations, managing technology-related aspects, and providing robust support to ensure seamless operations. It was here that I learned the importance of effective leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a common goal.
At Hulteck LTD, I embraced the intersection of creativity and technology as a Web Developer, crafting bespoke websites that reflected the unique visions of our clients. This role allowed me to blend technical expertise with creative ingenuity, delivering web solutions that not only met but exceeded expectations.
Rooted in my academic journey at Kenyatta University and Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, I cultivated a strong foundation in Mathematics, Computer Science, and networking principles. Complemented by certifications in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and computer programming from Zetech University, I fortified my knowledge base, ready to tackle any challenge head-on.
