Hi,
Myself Sudam Mondal.I have more than 6 years of experience in BIM industry.I have worked on various type of project like: Residential,Hospital,Hotel,School,Metro etc.Generally I have worked on MEP 3D modelling,Clash coordination,Shop drawing creation,schedule preparation by using AUTOCAD,AUTODESK REVIT,NAVISWORKS,CAD MEP,FABRICATION etc.


Major Job Responsibilities:
•Reviewing consultant’s design drawings and specification.
•Prepare Specification check list for MECHANICAL 3D modeling and Shop drawing.
•Create 3D model of MECHANICAL services based on contract drawings, Specifications and technical Submittals (REVIT MEP 2012/13/15,16, AUTO CAD MEP).
•Coordinate all MEP services in Autodesk Navisworks Platform.
•Prepare Shop/Installation Drawings of HVAC system based on the coordinated Model in Revit.
•Make sure all drawings are prepared in time and as per the specification and quality requirement
•Create Revit generic family and parametric family.
•Create 3Dmodel of Mechanical Piping services with co-ordination with all MEP services .
•Create 3Dmodel of Plumbing services with co-ordination with all MEP services in some projects.
•Prepare schedule in Revit as well as Auto Cad.
•Create BOQ for every elements by using ASSEMBLY CODE in Revit.
•Create Navis works report in Microsoft power point and Excel.
