The Tara Architectural is a leading architectural design and drafting service that specializes in delivering results for our clients. We use cutting-edge technology such as AutoCAD and the Revit suite to provide clients with strategic solutions.
We offer a BIM model, final construction drawings, design development drawings, and schematic designs. Additionally, we use agile delivery techniques, in which our group integrates seamlessly with the client's project team.
As a result, we are able to make proactive design adjustments as each project develops. In addition, we incorporate feedback from all stakeholders into our design to provide a comprehensive view.

Work Terms
Engagement Models
We offer flexible working models to suit your needs:
Hourly Basis: Billing is based on the number of hours worked. A timesheet can be provided upon request.
Project Basis: A fixed price is agreed upon for the entire scope of the project. Milestones and deadlines will be defined in advance.
Payment Schedule
For hourly work, invoices are issued weekly or bi-weekly.
For project-based work, payments may be structured in milestones (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on delivery), as mutually agreed.
General Terms
All payments are to be made in the agreed-upon currency.
Work will commence upon confirmation of agreement and, in some cases, receipt of an initial deposit.
Late payments may incur a fee unless prior arrangements are made.
