Work Terms
Our developers are available to work on full time basis of 40-45 hours/week as per requirement and provide part-time support to as and when needed.
Weekly Builds - We will host build/release every week on our staging server for your kind review along with formal acceptance sheet to seek your feedback on that.
Hourly rate $15 USD considering long term business relationship.
Following approach will be followed to execute projects:
1) Requirement Gathering & Project Analysis: The analysis report serves as the base of the entire execution. The client's requirements, the project goals, the future scope of the project, the available resources, the required skills, the required tools, the available technology, the investment, the pricing and the time span are the subjects of analysis at this phase
2) Submission of Milestone Plan and Work Breakdown Structure: Based upon the analysis report Features breakdown, Estimated Time and cost will be submitted.
3) Team alignment: According to the plan, the tasks at different phases of the execution are allocated to the development team, divided into different units. If needed, a special team is built of professionals having the technological skills required for the project.
4) Project Execution: With continuous flow of the project execution phases, client will be updated with work progress on daily basis followed with weekly testing builds.
5) Testing: Pre-delivery phase of the project execution cycle. In this phase, application is opened to a specific group of audience in a controlled environment with the objective to address any last-minute bugs/glitches in the system.
6) Acceptance and Delivery: Once the go-ahead is given by the quality check department and the client, we make the application go live.
