AVAILABILITY
I generally have availability for quick turnaround time or rush projects during the summer months.
Turnaround Time for Most Writing Assignments:
* Up to 3 pages – Turnaround time for the initial draft is generally the same day
* Up to 10 pages – Turnaround time for the initial draft is generally one week.
* Over 20 pages – Turnaround time for the initial draft is generally two to three weeks.
GENERAL APPROACH
1. Kick Off Meeting:
We schedule a meeting to discuss your project as soon as I am hired. This will allow a deeper understanding of your needs, the goals of your project, schedule, brand, style guides, communication preferences, etc.
2. Research Phase:
I will review any background information you provide and fill the gaps using research.
3. Deliverables
Standard Writing Projects:
* First Draft - You would review the first draft of the deliverable. Should there be any clarification needed regarding the edits received, I will proactively reach out to collaborate.
* Final Draft – You will receive the finished product with your comments addressed.
Novel or Large Handbook Projects:
You would review a draft outline based on our kick off meeting and background information provided. This ensures we stay aligned throughout the entire process.
* Chapter by Chapter Review: You would be given the option to review each chapter as it is prepared.
* Then it follows the same process for the first and final draft process listed under the “Standard Writing Projects.”
