Roles & Responsibilities: Senior Representative role.

1. Skilled Technical proficient in supporting hardware and software issues for iOS, Mac OS, Watch OS and TV OS. Specialising in troubleshooting the products.
2. Skilled Technologist with experience configuring computers, servers and peripheral devices to work within established company and security parameters. Adept at managing permissions, filters and file sharing.
3. Additionally, I was recommended to assist a batch of 5 or 6 new folks based on my performance.
4. Providing training on particular product updates to the newly added batch as suggested by my Team Lead and was supposed to lead them in every metric of their KRA.
