Work Terms

1. Turnaround Time:
- Standard turnaround time for transcriptions: [5 hours/day, on all week days].
- Rush turnaround time (for urgent requests): [7 to 9 hours/day]. Additional fees may apply.

2. Confidentiality:
- I will not disclose/share any client information or content with third parties.

3. Accuracy:
- I am committed to producing accurate transcriptions by carefully listening to the audio/video content and proofreading the transcriptions.
- While I strive for 100% accuracy, please note that minor errors may occur, especially in cases of unclear audio or technical terminology.

4. Communication:
- Communication will primarily be through [email/WhatsApp].
- I will respond to client inquiries, requests, and clarification within given timeframe.

5. File Formats:
- Clients are responsible for providing clear and accessible audio/video files.

6. Revision Policy:
- One round of revisions is included in the transcription service.
- Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the initial transcription.
- Any revisions beyond the included round may incur additional charges.

7. Payment Terms:
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice/within 1 day].
- Rates are mentioned in my portfolio. Accepted payment method PayPal/bank transfer].
- A deposit of 35% may be required for large projects.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made prior to the start of work will not incur any fees.
- Cancellations after work has begun may be subject to a cancellation fee of 65%.

9. Scope of Work:
- Services provided include verbatim transcriptions of the provided audio/video content.

10.Terms of Termination:
- Termination due to breach of contract will be subject to applicable laws and regulations.
