Excel Automation & Business Reporting Specialist

I help businesses turn complicated, repetitive Excel work into clear and practical reporting systems.

My focus is Microsoft Excel automation, dashboards, management reporting, data organization, and spreadsheet improvement. I can work with existing workbooks that require cleanup or better automation, or build a reporting solution from raw Excel and CSV data.

My work can include Excel dashboards and KPI reports, advanced formulas, automated monthly reports, budget vs. actual reporting, sales and inventory trackers, data cleaning and consolidation, dynamic charts, validation rules, conditional formatting, and structured management summaries.

I also bring practical experience from business and healthcare operations, where accurate reporting, inventory control, structured data, and reliable processes matter. This helps me approach Excel projects from a business-user perspective rather than focusing only on formulas.

My goal is simple: make the workbook easier to maintain, reduce repetitive manual work, and make the information easier to understand and use for decisions.

For projects involving complex VBA, APIs, or external integrations, I first review the requirements and confirm the appropriate solution before work begins.

Work Terms

I am available for both fixed-price and hourly Excel projects.

• Small Excel fixes, data cleanup, formulas, and reporting tasks can usually be completed within 1–2 days.
• Dashboards and automation projects typically require 2–5 days depending on complexity and source data quality.
• Larger projects can be divided into clear milestones.
• Project scope, deliverables, and source files should be confirmed before work begins.
• Reasonable revisions related to the agreed scope are included.
• Client data and business information will be treated as confidential.
• All project communication, file sharing, milestones, and payments will be handled through Guru.

I focus on clear communication, reliable delivery, and practical solutions that are easy for the client to maintain after completion.
