I am an experienced US IT Recruiter with hands-on knowledge in end-to-end
recruitment for US-based clients.
I specialize in resume sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified
candidates for W2, C2c requirements. I work closely with
client requirements to ensure quality profiles, proper documentation,
and fast turnaround time.
My recruitment process includes:
• Understanding job requirements clearly
• Sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
• Screening resumes based on skills, experience, and visa status
• Coordinating availability and rate alignment
• Submitting resumes in proper client format
• Maintaining daily submission and interview tracking reports
I am reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on an hourly
or weekly engagement model. I focus on long-term collaboration and
transparent communication with clients.
Work Terms
Availability: 4–5 hours per day (Monday to Friday)
Engagement Model:
• Hourly or Weekly payment
• Minimum 20 hours per week preferred
Payment:
• Platform-based secure payment only
• Weekly invoicing
Communication:
• Platform chat
• Email
• Scheduled calls if required
I do not work on commission-only or free trial models.
