Hello, I am Sylvia, a lady specialized in Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Entry and Analysis. I also have various skills in project Management and Administrative/ virtual Assistance.
My work experience for the various offices and projects i have been privileged to work in spans over 7years. Of the 7years, 5years has been in the Monitoring and Evaluation office where I dealt with a lot of Data entry and management in the Health information systems. This included a lot of statistical work, reporting skills using graphs, pivoting tables and charts using excel. I was daily required to pull out data following the requests from the program managers in order to help them make decisions like who was due for viral load at a time when they had to carry out a Viral Load campaign. Sometimes the team and I would be required to clean up data and give feedback in the stipulated timeframe.
I believe in getting things done, being true and honest with myself and everyone I work with. This this the basic of life. To work in harmony with everyone and this is why I guarantee team playing in my tasks. Commitment to duty, focus is just part of me. Data work requires accuracy and paying attention to duty and those are attributes that have grown in me due to the experience.
Apart from work, I am a solo artist and play piano. Music is an art and talent I posses and oh how I love to sing. So if there is a singing project, then bring it on.

Work Terms
