I'm a self-driven web developer and tech enthusiast based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with a passion for building real solutions that help businesses grow online. While working as an Uber driver to fund my Computer Science degree at Arizona State University, I've been putting my skills to work — building, learning, and delivering professional results.

I developed bluelotusexperience.com from the ground up using WordPress and Elementor — a fully functional website complete with an online store (WooCommerce), an automated booking system (Amelia), and a live events page. This project gave me hands-on experience with everything from UI design and payment gateway integration to SEO and mobile responsiveness.

Currently, I'm expanding my skill set by learning Three.js for 3D web experiences and deepening my knowledge of Cybersecurity — which means every project I touch is built with performance, security, and scalability in mind.

Work Terms

Availability & Communication

Available evenings and weekends (10:00 AM–8:00 PM PST).
Response time: within 24 hours on business days; 48 hours on weekends/holidays.
Preferred channels: platform messaging for updates; video call for kickoffs and major reviews.
Project Scoping & Changes

A written scope (deliverables, features, pages, integrations, timeline) is required before work starts.
Scope changes require a written change order with updated timeline and cost.
Revisions: up to 2 rounds per major deliverable. Additional rounds billed at $25/hour.
Payments & Deposits

Fixed-price projects: 50% deposit to start, 50% on final delivery before handover.
Hourly projects: billed weekly; invoice due within 7 days.
Late payment: 5% monthly interest or a 48-hour pause on work after notice.
Timeline & Milestones

Each project includes a milestone schedule (e.g., design approval, functional build, testing, launch).
Delays caused by client feedback or third-party access beyond 5 business days may extend the timeline.
Revisions & Acceptance

After each milestone, you have 3 business days to approve or request revisions.
If no feedback is received, the milestone is considered approved and work proceeds.
Intellectual Property & Handover

Final payment triggers full transfer of source files, assets, and credentials.
You retain the right to display work in your portfolio (unless a signed NDA applies).
All third-party licenses (themes, plugins, fonts) are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Security & Access

No sensitive data (API keys, passwords) stored in messages. Use a password manager or encrypted channel.
Temporary staging access provided; full credentials shared only after final payment.
Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice.
Client pays for all work completed up to termination plus any non-cancelable third-party costs.
Warranty & Support

14-day bug-fix warranty on launch (critical issues only).
