Work Terms

To ensure we both succeed and the project stays on track, I operate under the following terms:

1. Communication (Documentation-First): To respect your time and maintain a 100% accurate "source of truth" for the project, I work primarily via asynchronous communication (Guru Chat). I provide detailed "Technical Discovery Specs" before the build starts. This ensures no scheduling delays and a clear paper trail for all requirements.

2. Payment & Milestones: I work exclusively through Guru's SafePay system. For most projects, I structure payments in three milestones:

25% Deposit: Upon approval of the Technical Spec.

50% Development: Delivered on a staging link for your review.

25% Final Delivery: After final QA and performance optimization reports (90+ PageSpeed guarantee).

3. Revisions: Each project includes two rounds of major revisions. Minor tweaks to UI or copy are always included within the scope of work.

4. Ownership: Upon final payment, 100% of the IP and source code is transferred to you. I provide clean, commented Git repositories as a standard deliverable.
