Getting Started:
I ask for a 50% advance to begin your project - this helps me dedicate my full attention to your work. The remaining 50% is due when you're completely happy with the final result.

Project Timeline:
We'll agree on a realistic timeline together. I'll keep you updated every step of the way - no radio silence! You'll get regular progress reports so you're always in the loop.

What's Included:
The price includes everything we agree on upfront. If new ideas come up during the project, we can discuss them separately. You'll get all source files once the project is complete and paid for.

Communication:
I'm here for you! I typically respond within 24 hours and believe in clear, honest communication. Let's keep all our project chats on Freelancer.com so nothing gets lost.

After Delivery:
I stand by my work! You'll get 15 days of free support for any bugs or issues that might pop up. Want ongoing maintenance? We can discuss that separately.

Ownership:
You own the final website/code - it's yours! I only ask that I can showcase it in my portfolio (helps me get more great clients like you!).

Fairness Matters:
If you need to cancel, just give me 7 days notice. I'll only charge for work already completed.
