I am available Monday through Friday with same day responses during business hours and usually faster. I prefer clear scopes upfront so both sides know what done looks like before work starts. Milestone based payment works best for larger projects. I communicate directly and flag issues early rather than waiting until delivery. If something is not right I fix it.
