Communication & Collaboration
I maintain open and consistent communication throughout the entire project. Clients are updated regularly on progress, milestones, and deliverables through their preferred channels (email, chat, or video meetings). I value clarity and responsiveness — you’ll never be left wondering about your project status.
Availability & Scheduling
I’m available Monday through Saturday, operating primarily on Jamaica Standard Time (GMT-5). Urgent requests and weekend support can be accommodated by prior arrangement. Meetings can be scheduled flexibly to align with your timezone.
Payments & Milestones
Projects are billed based on either milestone agreements or an hourly rate, depending on the nature of the work. A 50% upfront deposit is required to initiate most projects, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and client approval. For larger contracts, phased payments may be structured to match deliverable stages.
Quality Assurance & Revisions
Each project includes up to three (3) complimentary revision rounds to ensure full satisfaction with the final result. I take pride in delivering polished, high-quality outputs — whether it’s an automation system, workflow design, or AI integration. Any additional revisions beyond the included scope are quoted separately and approved before proceeding.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client information, data, and proprietary materials are handled with strict confidentiality. I’m committed to safeguarding your business details and intellectual property. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are welcomed and can be signed before the project begins.
