I have over 13 years experience working in the BPO /Call center Industry of which 5 years were mainly doing administrative duties and corresponding with clients. I have experience working in bother Sale/Customer Service and as a Retention Specialist. I have experience doing both inbound and outbound calling. I have worked for companies both Internationally and locally indirectly , companies such as AT&T, Verizon Teleservices Limited Jamaica, Accent Marketing International and Sutherland Global. Locally I have worked indirectly for Claro, Digicel and Lime (now FLOW). During my time I receive some great recognition awards such as Support of the Quarter, Social Impact Champion, Long service award and Most Valuable employee.
