About

Bringing concepts to life through 3D design, art direction, and set aesthetics.

I’ve always believed that design is more than just how things look — it’s how they feel, how they move, and how they tell a story. For me, creativity began long before I ever touched SketchUp or set foot on a music video set. It began in the moments when rhythm, space, and emotion collided — when I watched music videos not just for the songs, but for the worlds they created.

I didn’t go through the traditional path of formal design school. My journey started on my own — with curiosity, trial, and a hunger to turn ideas into something I could see and feel. I spent countless hours exploring design software, teaching myself through online tutorials, and studying how the world around me was built. I remember the first time I opened SketchUp. It felt like a window into another dimension — a space where I could sculpt reality from imagination. What began as simple room layouts soon evolved into fully realized 3D interiors, with textures, lighting, and energy that spoke to who I was becoming as a designer.

As I grew in skill, I started to understand that 3D design wasn’t just a technical craft — it was a language. It could communicate emotion, energy, and identity. My Afrocentric background naturally shaped my visual sense. I saw beauty in color, rhythm in patterns, and storytelling in culture. The African spirit — expressive, resilient, and deeply connected to storytelling — became the core of how I approached design.

Becoming a Visual Storyteller

My transition from independent 3D designer to art director’s assistant in the music industry wasn’t planned — it was organic. I found myself drawn to sets, to cameras, to the energy of music videos. I wanted to understand how space, texture, and light shaped the emotion of a scene. Every frame, every prop, every color choice had a role to play. When I began assisting on professional music video sets, it felt like stepping into a dream that I had already been building in my head through my digital worlds.

I had the privilege of serving as an Assistant Art Director on several major projects — including “With You” by Davido, “Kese” by Wizkid, “Awuke” by Davido, “Bundle by Bundle” by Burna Boy, and “Motivate” by Nissi featuring Olamide. Each project carried its own mood, message, and heartbeat — and each challenged me to innovate, collaborate, and tell stories visually.

On Davido’s “With You”, my work focused on helping develop a world that mirrored intimacy and grandeur at the same time. Davido’s energy is always larger than life, but this song demanded balance — it was personal, yet cinematic. I used my 3D design skills to pre-visualize the space, helping the team see how light and structure could shape emotion. From sketching early concepts to assisting in dressing the set, I learned how every choice — a curtain’s color, a chair’s curve, the way a plant sat beside a wall — could affect the tone of the story.

Then came “Kese” by Wizkid — a different kind of challenge. Wizkid’s artistry is deeply cultural
