Work Terms
We're customer oriented company. Product quality and customer satisfaction are our first and foremost concern. Our working hours are from 9-5 in the customer timezone frame. We use Slack to communicate, git lab to version product code and Jenkins CI for continuous product delivery. We work in a scrum environment, where during each sprint we deliver a fully functional and tested feature. Our preference is direct communication as we wish to realize the vision and the idea that client has.
Client is entitled to attend all scrum meetings and is also obligated to provide clear and understandable specifications of the desired features. If the client is unable to do so, our experienced product manager will help in giving form to the clients vision.
Payment for our services is done monthly not later than the 5th day of the next month start.
