Work Terms
Working Hours & Availability:

-Working Hours: Flexible, covering both US (EST) and European business hours.
Payment Terms:
-Prefer Fixed price contracts for defined milestone projects or Hourly rates for ongoing analysis.

Communication & Delivery:
