Reliable, professional UAV & GNC systems engineer with aerospace-grade expertise and custom solutions built for performance, precision, and autonomy.

I’m an aerospace engineer and founder of Trufly Aerospace, with 8+ years of experience designing, building, and validating UAV systems. I specialize in Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), autonomous flight systems, PX4/ArduPilot integration, and embedded software development. My work is rooted in both industry-grade practices and hands-on prototyping.

I began my journey at Airbus Group, working as an avionics software engineer on flight warning systems for major aircraft platforms like A320, A350, and A400M. This role exposed me to the rigorous development cycle required for safety-critical systems — including DO-178B certification, SCADE-based modeling, ARINC protocols, system integration testing, and test automation with Robot Framework.

Transitioning from manned aviation to the autonomous UAV domain, I founded Trufly Aerospace to focus on building indigenous, full-stack drone platforms — from flight control firmware and dynamic modeling to simulation environments and embedded integration.

Some of the core technologies I work with include:

PX4 / ArduPilot-based flight stacks

GNC algorithm tuning (PID, LQR, pole placement)

Sensor fusion (IMU/GPS/Barometer/Magnetometer)

Software-in-the-loop (SIL), Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), and Processor-in-the-loop (PIL)

Embedded systems: Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano, STM32, Arduino

Flight dynamics, trajectory tracking, fault tolerance

Custom indoor UAV testbeds with UWB localization

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM IST (available for overlap with US/EU time zones on request). Weekend work possible for urgent deliveries or milestones.

Payment Terms:

I accept both fixed-price and hourly projects.

Preferred payment milestones: Based on deliverables (e.g., GNC algorithm delivery, simulation setup, hardware validation).

Communication Style:

Primary: Guru messaging

Secondary: Google Meet

I maintain a transparent and collaborative communication process. You’ll receive regular updates, design decisions, testing reports, and recommendations.
