Work Terms

My work process is designed to be clear, efficient, and collaborative to ensure your project's success.

Availability & Hours:

My standard working hours are 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time), Monday through Friday.

I am highly flexible and experienced in collaborating with clients across all global time zones, including North America and Europe. I am happy to schedule meetings during hours that overlap with your workday.

Communication:

Primary Communication: I prefer to use Guru's messaging system for all project-related communication to keep everything documented.

Meetings: I am available for video calls via Google Meet or Zoom for initial consultations, project kick-offs, and regular progress updates.

Response Time: I am committed to clear and prompt communication. You can expect a response from me within 12-24 hours during the business week.

Payment Terms:

Hourly Projects: I use Guru's time tracker, with invoices submitted on a weekly basis.

Fixed-Price Projects: I work with Guru SafePay and believe in a milestone-based payment structure. This ensures you are satisfied with each deliverable before releasing funds. We will agree on all milestones and deliverables before the project begins.
