I have work in various industry such as Mortgage, Funding, Engineering, Faith-Based Institution and organization as an Operation Manager and Administrator. I provide virtual assistance to upcoming ministries and businesses by affording them the opportunity to focus on building while I handled to tasks that are time consuming. I am a highly trained, skilled, and dedicated virtual professional adept at completing a wide range of mundane tasks from administrative support to social media management. No task is too great for me to handle for I love a challenge.

Work Terms

Work Hours: 6 AM - 5 PM - No more than 8 hours a day; Time varies depending on the time zone;
Work Days: Monday to Friday; No Weekend/No Holidays; I am allowed 2 weeks vacation per a year. Vacation plans will be provided in advance. Any requests outside of work hours including holidays, an overtime rate will be added base rate.

All requests or tasks must be submitted via email at support@theperfectscribe.com. Please make sure you provide a concise and detailed instruction. Video conference (ZOOM/SKYPE) or teleconference will be utilized to discuss any discrepancies or concerns regarding the work assignment or work performance. This will established an open line of communication and successful working relationship.

I utilized a system to track actual work hours therefore a detailed invoice with actual work hours will be provided at the completion of the work assignment. Upon receipt, the invoice is due within 24 hours. Please remit payment at: paypal.me/theperfectscribe.
