I'm a Python developer and AI systems builder based in Michigan. I specialize in building production-grade AI agents, LLM-powered automation pipelines, and data engineering systems that go beyond demos and actually run in production.
My background spans the full stack of modern AI development: from orchestrating LLM calls across providers (Groq, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) with fallback and routing logic, to building the cloud infrastructure on Oracle Cloud (OCI) and AWS that keeps those systems running reliably. I've shipped autonomous agent platforms into live environments — not just prototyped them.
On the data side, I build web scrapers, ETL workflows, transaction reconciliation systems, and ML pipelines using LightGBM/XGBoost ensembles. I'm comfortable at every layer: Python backend with FastAPI, async processing, SQLite/Postgres, REST and webhook integrations, and Linux server administration.
I take a production-first approach. That means logging, error handling, and resilience strategies baked in from day one — not bolted on after something breaks. I work in fast iteration loops, showing you working output early and verifying at each step.

Work Terms
Availability: Open to new engagements. I typically respond within a few hours during US business hours (Eastern time zone).
Engagement style: I prefer to start with a scoping call or message exchange to understand the problem clearly before writing a single line of code. Good scoping means faster delivery and fewer surprises.
Minimum engagement: $750. This filters for clients who treat freelance work as a real business investment. If your project is smaller, send a message anyway and I'll let you know if it fits.
Rate: $95/hr for ongoing work. Fixed-price projects available for well-defined scopes.
Communication: Async-first via Guru messaging. I provide regular progress updates and working demos at each milestone. I don't disappear for a week and come back with a finished product you've never seen.
Code delivery: All projects delivered with documentation, clean code, and a handoff summary so you can maintain or extend the work without me if needed.
