My mission is to add value and great service from my past experiences to any company that allows me to extend my knowledge and passion of learning while helping.
I have been working for myself for almost eight years my work experience started with me doing tours in Jamaica as a tour guide. I was responsible for scheduling tours, up selling tours, providing exceptional customer service and on a few occasions doing the tours myself. After that I assisted a developer, making phone calls on her behalf, answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, informing clients of upcoming events and projects via email and phone calls. I then decided to incorporate my knowledge and experience in customer service with my passion for food and started a restaurant of my own. I was responsible for hiring my employee's, keeping everything organized, incoming and outgoing bills, seeking and maintaining customer relations.
Work Terms
I desire to have a flexible work schedule that would start from anywhere at 8 or 8:30 am to around 6 or 7 pm depending on my workload, Monday to Friday.
