About

Capturing moments from today…Creating memories for a lifetime Capturing the moments that captivate your heart Images that tell story. Capturing life. Creating art Capturing the beauty

I have a passion since 2011. I decided to pursue my filming skills and attended The Art Institute of Santa Monica California. During that time I learned making films that was virtually impossible but I started to do on my own. I managed actors, camera operators, sound technicians and editors. The larger the film, the more moving parts that I managed which was all when I attended film school.

My short film ranged from short commercials, true life documentaries, promo short films, and comedy spoofs. Only after a year I decided to run my own business and start a Photography/Video Productions.

2. Start Date Agreement Contract

3. Services Provided Contract

4. Compensation. The Employer shall compensate at the end of closing of the business day.

Introduction. Identifies the document as a photography services agreement. Write in the date on which the agreement will become effective (often the date on which it is signed). Identify the parties and, if applicable, what type of organization(s) they are. Note that each party is given a name (e.g.,“TM Film Production”) that will be used throughout the agreement. The hiring party is called the “TM Film Production” and the party taking the pictures is called the “Photographer.”

Recitals: The “whereas” clauses, referred to as recitals, define the world of the agreement and offer key background information about the parties. In this agreement, the recitals include a simple statement of your intent to enter into a photography services arrangement.

Section 1: Responsibilities. Lists each party’s responsibilities under the Agreement. Essentially, the Photographer is agreeing to take the pictures and perform the agreed-on services with adequate attention and care, and my Company is agreeing to help this performance by providing necessary
information and guidance.

Section 2: Additional Services. If the photos taken don’t fit the agreed-on standards, the my Company is given the right to request new, more appropriate pictures and the parties will jointly set a new due date. If the Company is asking for new pictures based on another reason (e.g., changed idea
about what the pictures will be used for, or desire for a new campaign), TM Film Production will be required to pay for the additional shots at the rates.
