Encouraging strength to conquer your goals!

My name is Tosh Hortobagyi and I believe in fitness. I am proud to say that I have graduated from the National Personal Training Institute, a top of the line private school that specializes in producing the most knowledgeable personal trainers in the industry.

I have always believed that true strength is achieved through functionality. Like a lot of people, I have been motivated by action movie stars. In my case; Matt Damon from the three Bourne movies he did. Jason Bourne's mental and physical endurance seemed to never end. Even though those are movies, I strive to be able to accomplish a similar mindset and range of abilities.

I provide dependable In-Home workout guidance and up to date nutrition information. I love to exercise and have discovered the amazing benefits of lifting weights. They allow for controlled (and accelerated) fat loss, muscle mass building, and my favorite-increased functional mobility!

I started this business because I have experienced from past clients how intense the mutual benefit is of training. When someone comes up to me and excitedly tells me how much their life has improved because of their hard work, I feel their happiness and that is what keeps me moving forward. Thank you.

I am mobile! Although I am currently in Lodi, I plan on moving in 5 months, hopefully to Europe, luckily Skype is international!

Work Terms

Currently 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. I use email more than anything else, but can call or txt if needed. For video calls, I use Skype.
