Hey there, it's Tracy! I am a proud mum of two amazing boys and I have been working as a hairdresser since graduating high school in 2005. I have been working for the same company ever since, but now, I am determined to gain more experience in the field of data entry and transcription, and I won't let anything stop me. I love taking on new challenges and have recently completed a transcription course while also refreshing my MS Excel skills. I am a pro at working with spreadsheets, transferring data, and conducting online research to find the information required. I am super motivated and thrilled to add this new chapter to my life. In addition to my hairdressing job, I also handle bookkeeping for our salon; this involves keeping records of all payments, placing stock orders, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. I have excellent communication skills and am not afraid to use them!
