Available Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling for calls and virtual meetings. Preferred communication methods include Guru messages, phone, and scheduled video calls.
We typically begin with a free billing and workflow audit to better understand the clinic’s current revenue cycle process, billing follow-up, and patient-facing technology needs. After the audit, we can define the scope of work, recommended next steps, timeline, and deliverables.
Payment terms may include fixed-price projects, hourly work, or ongoing monthly support, depending on the engagement. Milestones can be used for larger or ongoing projects.
