They need help implementing AI, Jira, Trello, MS Project, Wrike or Smartsheets tools or instituting change management in the workflows of their teams. They might also recognize that their team is not running as effectively as it could and might not know what to do, I will help to diagnose the problem and suggest action steps. Likewise, they might have a tight deadline and simply need a Project Manager who can come in and manage a project making sure it is delivered on time.

- Set up AI to streamline or remove repeatable tasks with the team so that they can focus on work and development
- Manage the team’s work performance by reviewing the workloads of each contributor and evaluating their performance for clients
- Train the teams on the new tools Jira/Slack integration, Ticket structure, workflow progression with tools such as RACI, Gantt, and Kanban boards and charts.
- Automate reporting tools and metrics for management to provide real time evaluation on the team.
* Project Workflow auditing and solutions
- Review and audit their current process, gathering feedback from the team,
- Identify gaps, delays and risks in their workflow. Assessing the morale of the team, the personalities involvedm their strengths and potential areas for conflict.
- recommend changes to their current processes unless an overhaul was warranted, sometimes this can take the form of adding a tool to their workstreams, updating the method that they are working in, or suggest a change in staff.
- implement said changes once approved by the client
* Project management for urgent deadlines
- Take over the current process if no changes are requested and simple management of projects is required by the client. If a Project Manager is out for medical, family reasons or a transition of a key member on the team is imminent.
- Coordinate the team’s tickets and work through their workflow. This would come in the form of continuing their process with minimal disruption and takling day to day issues head on.
- Report on the progress of the team and make recommendations as if I were the full time Project Manager.
