Work Terms

Hours of Operation
Availability: Monday-Thursday (1:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT)
Weekend Support: Available by prior arrangement for critical deployments or urgent milestone updates.
Response Time: I respond to all client messages within 5 to 7 hours during business hours.
Payment Terms
Fixed-Price Projects: Structured via platform SafePay/Escrow milestones (e.g., 25% Deposit / 50% Beta Release / 25% Final Delivery & Handover).
Hourly / Retainer Projects: Invoiced weekly/bi-weekly with detailed task logs and progress reports.
Scope Revisions: Any major additions outside the agreed project scope will be quoted separately as additional milestones.
