My name is Tshireletso Mahupela is an HPCSA-registered Professional Psychometrist with over five years of experience in people-focused environments. I hold a BA (Hons) in Psychological Counselling, a BPsych Equivalent in Practical Psychometry, and a Higher Certificate in Human Resource Practices. My work spans psychometric assessment, recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, team supervision, and organisational reporting; most recently as a Projects Coordinator at The South African Depression and Anxiety Group, where I oversees mental health projects, supervises counselling teams, and manages Helpline reporting for stakeholders and donors. I combine a strong psychological foundation with practical HR skills to help organisations make sound, people-centred decisions, from evaluating candidate suitability to supporting employee wellness and development.
Work Terms
Hours: Available Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays 9am–2pm SAST, Wednesdays and Thursdays 4pm - 7pm SAST with flexibility for after-hours assessments/consultations by arrangement
Payment: Invoiced per assessment/project; EFT and PayPal Payments only; rates available on request
