Work Terms

I offer both fixed-price and hourly architectural drafting services for residential and commercial projects. Before starting, I review the project scope, required deliverables, reference files, timeline, and budget to ensure clear expectations.

Clients are requested to provide all available project information, such as sketches, PDFs, images, dimensions, existing CAD files, or design requirements. Clear communication at the beginning helps ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.

Regular progress updates will be provided throughout the project. Minor revisions within the agreed scope are included, while additional work or major design changes requested after approval may require extra time and cost.

Final deliverables can be provided in DWG, RVT, PDF, JPG, or PNG formats, depending on project requirements. For larger projects, milestone-based payments through Guru SafePay are preferred.
