Work Terms
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (local); occasional urgent support as needed.
Communication: Prompt, professional updates via Slack; weekly check-ins.
Response: Acknowledge within 1 business day; urgent issues within 4 hours (business hours).
Deliverables & milestones: Clear scope, defined milestones, and acceptance criteria.
Invoicing: Weekly timesheets; monthly or milestone-based invoicing.
Payment terms: Net 15 or Net 30 from invoice date.
Rates: Hourly or fixed-price options; change orders for scope adjustments.
IP & Confidentiality: Client owns deliverables post-payment; NDA in place.
Termination: 2 weeks’ written notice; handover of in-progress work.
Escalation: Primary contact with a defined escalation path.
