Safe Deposit (Milestones): I prefer working with the Guru Safe-Deposit system. For larger projects, the work will be divided into mutually agreed milestones, and pment should be funded before starting each phase.
Hourly Projects: For hourly tasks, I use accurate time-trking tools as required.
Fair Pricing: Rates are negotiable based on the project scope, complexity, and duration. All terms will be finalized before the project contract begins.
⏱️ 2. Work Hours & Availability
Weekly Availability: I am available for 30+ hours per week for freelance contracts.
Flexible Schedule: My working hours are highly flexible. I can easily adjust my schedule to align with different time zones (EST, GMT, CET, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and meetings.
Project Deadlines: I highly respect deadlines. You can expect regular progress updates and on-time delivery for every milestone.

Primary Communication: I prefer keeping all official and project-related communication within Guru.com WorkRoom (via chat, messages, or files) to keep a clear record of our project goals.
Availability for Updates: I am highly responsive and usually reply within a few hours.
