Work Terms
Availability: I am based in the Central Time Zone (DFW) and available for both emergency troubleshooting and scheduled milestones. I do not restrict my availability to a standard work week, as I understand critical data issues often require immediate attention.
Communication: I prefer communicating through the Guru Message Center or scheduled Zoom/Teams calls to ensure all requirements and changes are documented.
Payment Terms: For fixed-price projects, I use milestone-based payments and require a SafePay fund for each milestone before work begins. For hourly engagements, I use weekly billing via Guru official time management tools.
Deliverables: All scripts, documentation, and architectural diagrams will be delivered via Guru upon milestone completion. I stand behind the quality of my work and provide ongoing support for any issues related to the specific scope of the delivered solution.
