I was so impressed with how well you handled a large volume of customers answering all emails, live chats and helping with disputes, to ensure customers remained satisfied with their shopping experience. I am so satisfied with her work and would highly recommend her services. My experience of working with with her has been a pleasure and very professional. With little guidance when i was scaling she has been so effective at her role, having a a friendly attitude and been so transparent with communication with me and customers to best solve all issues. She work great with partners communicating with another Customer Service rep delegate responsibilities and talking to suppliers to best solve any issues customer may have ie shipping issue or returns, being super on the ball and quick to solve any problems. Most impressed how she adapted to learning new skills fast tailored specific to my problems faced business very pro active and diligent to find solution.
