Bridging vision and execution to solve complex IT challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
My story is one of connection—of bridging the gap between complex technology and human potential. It’s a journey that spans over 16 years, from the server rooms of government agencies to the strategic helm of international projects, always guided by a simple principle: technology should empower, not complicate.
I began my career deep in the tangible world of IT, as an Assistant Maintenance Engineer. My canvas was hardware, my tools were screwdrivers and cables. I remember the challenge of building a Campus Area Network from scratch, weaving a nervous system of connectivity through multiple floors. The triumph wasn't just in the blinking lights on the switches, but in the moment a researcher could instantly share vital data. That experience taught me a foundational value: robust, reliable infrastructure is the silent hero of any successful organization.
This hands-on foundation became my springboard. As an IT Consultant for a Global Affairs Canada project, I stepped into a strategic role. My mission evolved from maintaining systems to architecting them. I led the modernization of an entire IT landscape, introducing cloud platforms like Azure AD and SharePoint. I recall the initial hesitation from the team—change is always met with doubt. But through patient training and demonstration, I didn't just deploy new software; I fostered a culture of confidence and innovation. This reinforced my core belief: the best technology is useless without the people empowered to use it.
Today, as an IT Manager at Nexoria, I bring this full-spectrum experience to the table. I oversee everything from cybersecurity and vendor negotiations to mentoring my team and ensuring client satisfaction. I am the person who can configure a complex Cisco router with an ACL one moment, and then calmly walk a colleague through setting up multi-factor authentication the next. My freelance work, evaluating AI for global companies, keeps me on the absolute cutting edge, ensuring my skills are never stagnant.
But behind all the certifications—the RHCSA, CCNA, MCSA, and Master's degree—is a person who genuinely loves this work. I’m the one who arrives with a smile, who sees a technical crisis as a fascinating challenge, and who believes that a creative approach often yields the best solution. I am a singer and a community member, values that translate into my work: I listen carefully, I harmonize with my team, and I perform with passion.
My story is simple: I use my comprehensive skill set, from the server room to the boardroom, to build resilient, modern, and human-centered IT environments where people and businesses can truly thrive.
