I’m Vaishnavi Jain, a qualified Nutritionist and Food Supervisor with a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Symbiosis International University, India, and a Food and Nutrition Management diploma from Algonquin College, Ottawa. With experience across clinical, community, and hospitality settings, I bring a deep understanding of both health and client care.
I’ve worked as a Clinical Nutritionist with SEVA Sahyog and iThrive (Pune, India), where I guided individuals and adolescent girls toward better health through customized diet and wellness plans. In Canada, I’ve gained extensive experience in the senior living sector — working as a Food Supervisor and Server at City View Retirement Home, Ottawa and previously as a Dietary Aide at Granite Ridge Community. These roles strengthened my expertise in menu planning, food safety, and resident nutrition management.
Beyond nutrition, I’ve also built strong customer service and communication skills, having worked with Rogers, NEO Card, and Skechers. My background in education as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Fanshawe College reflects my ability to teach, motivate, and connect with people.
I combine my nutrition knowledge with exceptional client service to help individuals achieve sustainable results through personalised diet planning, consistent follow-ups, and compassionate guidance.
