Having exposure to management consulting specifically "People and Change" & "Financial Consulting" with big4 firms and now working as an independent consultant with a sole aim to be the preferred advisor to my clients and assisting them in achieving their business goals.
Work Terms
Terms to Contract:
1) Work shall commence on the signing of the contract and once both parties have agreed upon the terms of the contract.
2) Work hours shall be based on the nature of the work with a minimum of 3 hours a day, and a maximum of 9 hours a day. Weekends are Saturday and sunday. Any work on those days shall have an additional charge of $5 per hour.
3) The payment will be based on deliverables basis i.e. 50% of the payment to be made on signing of the engagement letter/Contract, 30% on submission of Draft reports/Model/Documents, and balance payment to be made on the acceptance of the draft report and once the payment is received the Final report shall be issued.
4) Any advice or analysis given by me cannot/shall not be upheld against me in any court of law and shall be considered as an independent/outside opinion and shall be accepted as mentioned in the no harms held clause in the contract.
