I'm a Flutter & full-stack developer with 2+ years of
professional experience — including enterprise banking software
for CITI at Virtusa, one of the world's largest financial
institutions.

Work Terms

Availability: 30+ hours/week, Monday–Saturday
Response time: Within 2–4 hours (IST, GMT+5:30)

Communication: I work chat-first — detailed written updates,
clear milestone check-ins, and fast message responses.
I find async written communication leads to better outcomes
than calls: everything is documented, nothing gets lost,
and you always have a paper trail of decisions.

I'm happy to do a brief text-based Q&A to kick off a project,
but I don't do video or voice calls as a default. Most clients
find this actually works better — you get thoughtful written
answers instead of rushed verbal ones.

Payment: Milestone-based preferred. I work in clear phases
so you only pay for what's delivered and approved.

I don't take on more projects than I can give full attention
to. When I'm in, I'm fully in.
