The driving force behind my work is to inspire and help people fulfill their destiny. I am a big believer in doing work that you love, and it has become my mission to help others achieve their dreams.
Because I am equally passionate about writing and business, much of my work is focused on creating copy and strategies that produce bottom line results. I offer a wide range of business writing services: profiles, bios, brochures, sales/marketing materials, product descriptions, website copy, pitch letters, news articles, blog/social media posts, media kits, grants and business plans.
My joy is creating messages to help clients promote their brands, obtain funding, educate consumers, get media exposure, increase sales, raise awareness and solve problems.
As a self-employed consultant for startup companies, my work includes writing content for social media, email marketing, and blogs.
From 1998-201, I worked as a news writer and editor for newspapers and a magazine in Los Angeles. I specialize in health, but my portfolio includes a broad range of topics from consumer finance to politics and entertainment.
Over the years, I have managed three resume writing offices, taught business writing and career marketing classes.
In 2000, I launched my own media consulting firm, securing coverage nationwide. My clients have appeared in major news outlets including ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, CW, CNN, NPR, Clear Channel, Radio-One, L.A. Times, L.A. Weekly, Miami Herald, St. Louis Dispatch, Dallas Morning News, and the Chicago Tribune. Having worked on both sides of the media, I understand how to pitch editors and producers successfully. This, I believe, gives me an distinct advantage.

Work Terms
I am available Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm (Pacific Time), Saturday hours are by appointment. I expect payment within 10 days of approved work. I prefer email, but by all means, please call or text me if you need immediate response or if I do not respond within 3-4 hours.
