I was born in Viet Nam, studied in the International Christian School in Seoul, South Korea since the age of 8 when I started developing my English skills, graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in International Law from the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam in 2009, and graduated with a Master's Degree in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Tufts University, United States in 2014 on a full scholarship.

I have 10 years of experience as a foreign officer. Additionally, I started work as a translator at the age of 15, translating children's books. My work consisted of translating legal and policy documents for my Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, give advisory opinions on national policies and draft international agreements related to the work of the United Nations, cybersecurity, nuclear power, economic affairs, etc. As Second Secretary at the Embassy of Viet Nam in China, I was in charge of reporting on China's foreign policies, working with the Diplomatic Corp, translating daily news, and translating/interpreting for the Ambassador during official meetings. My specialties are: international law, policy reports, general/policy research, writing, and Vietnamese-English/English-Vietnamese translation.
