Waivern was established in April 2025 with the aim of accelerating tech and data compliance for organisations large and small. We're based in the UK and Norway, but we have team members across the world.

Our mission is to kill paperwork for engineers, while giving compliance exactly what they need. And let business accelerate!

Traditional compliance tools were built for a different era. They just moved the spreadsheets and checklists into digital format.

Our tools dispense with that by automating risk discovery, checking for policy breaches, drafting risk assessments and regulator-driven documentation.

We recognise it can't all be automated, however, so we support your compliance function with consultant experts in all the fields we operate within.

Work Terms

We work the UK business calendar, from 0800 to 1700. We charge hourly rate for our human experts and on a pay-as-you-go basis for purchases of tokens for inputs and outputs for our Waivern Compliance Framework automation compliance tool. All purchases are in advance.
