I am a dedicated and hardworking customers service provider with two years experience in handling customers and their needs. I do follow up on customers to ensure they are satisfied,my main field is taking calls and recording the relevant information; answering to mails in time and giving feed back where necessary.
I am also a good listener with good computer skills.
I love reading because it give me vast knowledge. Travelling and watching movies are also my other hobbies
