Target list building

This stage definitely needs 1 full time market research representative. Researching contacts according to the IPP (ideal prospect profiling). Identifying contacts that are prescribed according to the target audience assigned. This list would definitely have more contacts or rather raw leads and converting them to warm leads is the effort taken in the next stage of the sales cycle.









Lead Generation/demand Generation

We would train an Account representative who will nurture the lead list and follow few of the email campaigning procedures. The Account Representative will reach out to the prospects and create a need or educate the prospects pertaining to the product and services. This will also allow them to understand our services and give them more information via email and a phone discussion.










Opportunity qualification/ Appointment Setting

We would designate this project to an Account Manager who will plan and design the complete schedule for your project. The Account Manager will be the 1 point of contact and will be responsible for bi-weekly reporting or daily reporting to keep the process transparent and efficient. This stage will completely give the liberty to understand and prepare a full version of schedule for the program. The Account Manager is responsible to meet the set expectation and qualify the leads generated by the team with complete BANT parameters and equip the customer to purchase your product and services.

Requirements – A list of 85 companies which had only company names had to be researched and built into a lead list. First and last name, Job title, email address, phone number, direct line, address and LinkedIn profile.
Challenges – Healthcare industry – Not everyone have a LinkedIn profile.
• Getting their email address is a challenge as they don’t have social media presence.
