I have been working as a Freelancer for over 7 years. I have enjoyed flexible working on diverse assignments requiring internet / web search, social media, document / data processing, sourcing of suppliers (from India), transcription, and translation English Hindi. etc. I enjoy economics, business, travel, scientific, and innovation-related topics. I also provide support in survey/quizzes design and data analysis.

I regularly use web research, LinkedIn, organization websites, tourism and sightseeing, professional association databases, statutory filings, etc. to collect the desired data. My clients have been from India and Overseas.

My work for a US client on setting up a special school required involvement for over 15 months and had regular interaction with the client and parties in India. My other from the UK, Jermey Harbour, has availed of my VA services for over 12 months. Recently, I completed a project for a US client on the identification of medical videos on YouTube, their classification as per body parts and downloading of videos and storing those on Google drive. His comment on my work was "Awesome, Vivek". That's what drives me.

Earlier I was, full-time, with a well-known NGO, championing environmental care, for about 8 years in donor relationship role. This job involved facing and convincing the donors, supporting campaigns, maintaining necessary database and MIS. It was fun meeting people from different walks of life and understanding their views.
From time to time I have participated as a volunteer for social causes in nature, wildlife, education and care for elders.

I have skills and experience in common office systems. I have a well-equipped home office with multiple laptops, UPS, printer/scanner and high-speed internet link. I enjoy TV serials on geography, travel, inventions, marvels and interesting projects. I am fond of travel and sightseeing. I have visited many places in India and in SE Asia.

I want to make a successful career in freelancing and social work.
