Response Time: Guaranteed response within 4 business hours for all active project communications. 2. Communication Style Primary Channels: Email for formal approvals and documentation; Slack or WhatsApp for quick daily syncs. Consultative Approach: I don't just "write code." I provide technical consultations. I prefer a weekly video check-in (Zoom/Google Meet) to align on business logic and project milestones. Documentation: I provide detailed weekly progress reports and technical documentation for all custom logic developed, ensuring the system is maintainable by your team in the future.
