Work Terms
For projects that requires work to be done on Time and Material basis I work using Guru tracker which provides an excellent way to track hours being utilized for development in real time.
Time sheets are accordingly generated for the recorded hours and are sent to the clients on weekly basis which they can review and approve, and accordingly process the payment.
